Joining this thread finally with some action pics! Can you please advise how you store your evelyne in between uses? It doesn’t quite stand up straight

I store mine flat, with the H side up, and I do not snap the leather tab. I tuck the snap from the leather tab into the main compartment to avoid damage to the leather on the tab. I do not store in the dust bag. I have no issues storing them this way.

Congrats on your first Hermes bag! Bleu Nuit is such a great color and I love that strap. Perhaps since your first bag is a dark blue, etoupe might give you more of a different look than another dark color like noir for your second bag?

Thanks I was thinking the same thing about the etoupe. The blue nuit almost looks black from a distance.

Talking about the Evelyne clasp unexpectedly unhooking.
I did switch so that the moving part is on the outside. When picking up bag near the clasp I realized that I may have pushed in on moving part when it was turned to inside. I think it is indeed better with moving part out.
Hope I made sense.

It happened again today with the clasp switched the other way. I had placed it down on the sofa and when I went to pick the bag up again it had come undone. I think I may have nudged the moving part as I put the bag down but it really shouldn't be happening! I don't know what to do. I'm considering getting a twilly to tie the strap to the bag or some kind of charm but I'm also considering returning the bag too. That's 3 times in as many weeks now. Really torn cause I love the bag, it's low key (I wear it with the 'H' facing inwards) and it's so easy to wear but I shouldn't have to worry that it'll suddenly unclasp and fall off.

Hi ladies! I found your posts as was searching this thread because the strap on my Evelyne PM came undone on one side while I was wearing it Thankfully, I caught the bag before it hit the concrete! @labb8, did you ever go back to show Hermes your bag?

Although $3375 may not be a lot of money by Hermes standards, I'd be having fits if the strap came unhooked while I was wearing it.
Hope you get a satisfactory solution.
