The gold TPM is sooooooo useful and pretty. I have cuivre strap...amazone is amazing!!

I have four TPMs and will keep at least three of them. This is a perfect run-around bag that you can place in a larger bag or wear additionally, so, for instance, when running out for lunch at work it is all you need. Great for dog walk, shopping, errands. Mine fits: iPhone X, compact Silk'In wallet, keys, my work credentials, lipgloss, mirror, and I can squeeze in at least one of the following: Kindle/backup phone battery/sunglasses. SUCH a great bag.

Thank you QF! I LOVE this bag so much. I thought I wanted a pop color but the moment I saw this gold bag I just couldn't put it down and... amazone strap as the cherry on top. I want to take it anywhere and everywhere and it worked! I am already on the hunt for the next one - something blue (BE or BA) and if I'm being honest, I also want a lighter one after the blue. Oh well:)

Story time! (Long story)

I’ve been lusting after the Evelyne bag for maybe 4 years. I had my heart set on red and was so close to purchasing a rouge tomate back in 2016. I wanted to think about it bc I wasn’t 100% certain on the shade and when I went back to get it, it was gone. 2 years later the bag still hasn’t been available when I visit the store. Neither the tomate nor the casaque which is what I really wanted.

I had to come to DC today and my 7.5 hour drive turned to 9.5 hours thanks to traffic. After I got settled in my room I discovered my hotel is right by the Hermès store. Of course you know I had to pop in and ask for the PM and of course, they didn’t have red. However, the associate was very helpful and said she had something else I might be interested in. She came back with an etoupe PM and rouge casaque TPM. I always thought the TPM was far too small to be worth it and didn’t understand the point of such a small bag but when I put my items in, I fell in love. (I’m sure the fact that I was switching from a Chanel jumbo to a TPM helped sell me bc I loved how light and easy the bag was.)

Anywhoo... I asked the associate to hold it for me while I grabbed a bite to eat. I was quickly obsessed and couldn’t stop thinking about it so now, I am ecstatic to say that I finally got my first Hermès bag! The SA even through in a few perfume samples. I’m headed home tomorrow and then to New Orleans for a 3-day music fest and my TMP will be the perfect bag for the trip.

I’m going to wait and unbox her when I get home but here I am trying her on in the store. The left pic is today and the right is from a year (and a few pounds) ago when I was headed to another fest, hence the t-shirt. Staring at this side-by-side helped me realize the TPM is perfect for me... and I need to wear more dresses and less graphic tees lol

Sorry for the long story. I’m excited and none of my friends would understand!!

The bag hangs so nicely on you, how tall are you? I am 5’4 and was afraid of Unadjustable strap making bag hang too long on me. Thanks as I have to order online.
