There'll be plenty of opportunity to get other neutrals if this neutral is not floating your boat in the CSMC design.

Thank you for the support:hugs:. What you and others said make sense, so it went back yesterday. I used the credit the same day and came home with items I am truly excited over! There is never a problem using up H credits because there are always lovely items to purchase :p

Hi all CsmC lovers,

Does anyone have the Ltd Ed, World Horse Welfare charity scarf? It's like a 90 silk version of the blue GM.

I've always wanted a silk version of this scarf but none of the last editions worked for me (couldn't get my hands on the elusive Loden green which I'm sure would have been perfect). I was thinking that maybe it was a good thing since now I can give to a wonderful charity at the same time.

I'd love to see modelling pics if you have one. Does the blue look even brighter than the GM versions.

papertiger, unfortunately I do NOT have the Ltd Ed, World Horse Welfare charity scarf but I did have the CSMC loden green CW sitting in its box for YEARS unworn. Just traded it with my BFF for another grail ~ wish that I had known that you were looking for it! :flowers:

That's so sweet, but if it got your grail then it was meant to be :yes:.

No scarf must be left in its box ;)

I'm hoping that the charity scarf is not too bright (you know how sometimes the bright cws of GMs can be practically neon in silk). I hope the 'inside' horse-shoe print is that very pretty green I see elsewhere on the scarf or a grey (the outside 'U' is clearly pale yellow) and that should be fine. I can wear true blue, but not like a bright, blue-eyed blonde or cool-light skin/dark brunette can.

Fingers crossed for Thursday when I get to try it on :smile1:

Love to hear what you think of it when you see it on Thursday. I missed the GMs when it last came around. I then resisted buying the 90cm because I was so hung on the GMs... I emailed my SA after reading your posts :p Not sure whether she can get it or not yet, but would love to hear what you think either way.

As you know, choosing a CSMC has been a long time coming, I'd really rather given up. Now of course I'm so happy I passed on the 'almosts'.

It's more true blues.

Then there are some lilacs and purples and different greens. That 'yellow' is more a yellow-green IRL.

I took the pics early this morning and I think it was still too dark (even with the lights on). Certainly the colours seem a 'sad' and corrupted in the first pic. Sorry about that :shame:

It is definitely beautiful though and your gorgeous Plume works perfect with this scarf.

So strange it's for the World Horse Welfare charity, and H only sells this UK/Ireland :shrugs:

Lets hope it does well for the charity and they release another one in a few years worldwide :yes:

I'm wearing blue and green a lot ATM (as you can guess). My mother even bought me a bright green coat after she saw my bag. 'Strangely' I've never worn them together in case I get taken for a jolly green giant :laugh:
