I wore my regate on Inauguration Day with my TRF 70. I felt it worked ok but it did not stay put with this particular knot. I kept pushing it up. View attachment 4965981
SoI changed the tie and placed it here, which worked better. Plus, bonus! The tigre’s gorgeous face. Regate ring definitely works with 90s. View attachment 4965982

Question- do the 70’s only come in vintage silk? Or silk twill typically? This is newly acquired and I have been wanting a Ballet Aquatique for awhile and bought and returned two other colorways before finding one that I think works!! This just feels soooo soft. Maybe from washing? No crispness whatsoever that it is throwing me

70cm are vintage silk, so it has a softer hand feel. Enjoy!

The vintage 70's are generally soft from the start. The only one that was a little different for me so far was the Promenades de Paris. That one was a little stiffer (I liked it....) but after a couple of wears it is also very soft. Congrats!

Great colorway @Nomad ! Well, not all 70 cm scarves are vintage. The vintage ones always have the reference number starting from 981, 982 or 983 (maybe 984 in future), and the word "vintage" should be present also

I need your help. During the Hermès Exceptional Sale I found a 70cm carré in cotton with a super cute clou de selle charm. The motive is the famous Jungle Love.
Does anyone have a guess when this kind of cotton carré was originally available at Hermès? Obviously I missed it or I simply was not yet addicted to Hermès . Any information on my find will be much appreciated.

Amazing find! I am trying to remember but I think these cotton charm scarves are from 10 or so years ago. There were a few that were done in the 70 size.
