Honest answer? My SA recommends Trench over Craie purely from a practical point of view. He has seen Craie get dirty and he says it is tough to clean esp in Swift. I like both colours so it really depends which tone suits you and which you prefer more. It's such a joy to follow this thread and watch all those B25 beauties . Can I please get an input from all of you ladies, I would like to get my first neutral and has an offer of either craie ghw or trench ghw b25. Am at a lost which one I should take.. My 1st b25 is in rouge tomato, and I also have a K25 azalea, so now am thinking of adding a neutral to the mix . Much appreciated for your help ladies
Thanks Periogirl28 for your answer! I've not seen trench Colour in real life but was told that it's quite a popular "beige tone" neutral. And I will have to decide over the phone too.. hopefully I will be happy with getting a neutral . Anybody else mind sharing what's their favourite neutral colour?Honest answer? I have a Constance in trench and love, love, love the color. Great all seasons color. Thanks Periogirl28 for your answer! I have only seen Craie in pictures and I find it absolutely beautiful. But I have no place in my life for a handbag in a color so close to white, no matter how incredible it may be. I have a Kelly in trench and, when my SA brought it out to me, I told him it was the perfect color for my new bag. It's one of my favorites even though it is a neutral! The GHW is the perfect touch. Thanks Periogirl28 for your answer! I've not seen trench Colour in real life but was told that it's quite a popular "beige tone" neutral. My SA recommended trench as it is a lovely neutral. Craie is nice too but you may need to be mindful of corners, dirt etcIt's such a joy to follow this thread and watch all those B25 beauties . Gerbera26, I was also undecided on which neutral to get 1st (craie and especially trench were definite options). Narrowed it down to Gris Tourterelle, but ended up being offered an Etoupe and I tell you I have absolutely NO regrets!! It's a neutral color that looks super chic with everything I've worn it with, from blush pink, to black and even all red. It's a chameleon taupe that changes color depending on the light, it's goes with lots of other neutrals (even when they do not match) and it's the perfect first neutral to get because it's neither too light or too dark (craie is very light). It's such a joy to follow this thread and watch all those B25 beauties . Thank you! You are very helpfulI would take trench ghw. I have seen it in person, it's super gorgeous color and neutral.
Sorry for my late response, been very hectic at work. Really appreciate your response, yes etoupe is another lovely colour. But my heart is set on a lighter neutralGerbera26, I was also undecided on which neutral to get 1st (craie and especially trench were definite options). I used to dislike the contrast stitching that comes with Etoupe, but now I think it's one of the things that make this color stand out compared to similar colors without it. It highlights that the bag is handmade, hand stitched and makes it even more chic, imo.
And like everyone mentioned before, Etoupe looks absolutely delicious in Swift!
P.S. Buy a Rose Gold CDC belt with an Etoupe/black strap and you'll never need another belt again lol Especially the rose gold with the Etoupe. To die for!
