Hello ladies:wave:, thank you for sharing your lovely pieces and thoughts here:hbeat: I'm usually at the Chanel forum, sometimes LV. Today, I received a phonecall for a B30 in black with GHW; I turned it down explaining I would prefer the 25. This would be my very first birkin, and my very first Hermes handbag. I prefer smaller bags in general; minimalist in terms of carrying things around. Just went through about 40 pages of this thread; now I am convinced I made the right decision. Hopefully the 25 will come my way soon!:blush: Thank you for letting me share:flowers:

I am expecting my first 25 cm Birkin in a few days. I actually just came across this thread and read through some posts, it has relieved my anxiety a bit! I went ahead with the 25 because I am in love with the color and was told it won't be coming in a larger size, but seeing photos in this thread and reading the comments won me over. I just hope it goes well with my frame.

I've been thinking B25 for a while, i prefer smaller bags for a more dressy look. Bought my first birkin in size 25 through a Paris reseller. After I received it, I love everything about the bag but was a little hesitate about the handle, it's so skinny and small. Anyway, i still love it to the moon!

Congrats on a beautiful B25 in Swift !! Similar to you, I find it a bit more difficult to carry it over the arm. I guess that has to do with the proportion of the bag. If the handle was any longer or thicker, it may look odd.

Thank you! Because i bought it without seeing or trying it in person so the handle was a little surprising for me. Now i finally understand why they call B25 a birkin baby:) Anyway, i will enjoy my birkin baby. perfect for summer with dresses and shorts.

Etoupe swift has greyish and almost pinkish undertones which make it more beigey compare to other two Etoupes. The second photo shows (in natural day light) the same Etoupe swift Lindy with my Etoupe chèvre de crormondel which has a greenish cast.

My Lindy is nearly 9 years old, it is one of my most used and loved bags. There are minor scratches and marks here and there but by and large I'm truly impressed at how the leather held up including the corners. It retained its shape yet stayed smooshy and luxe.

Apologies for my delayed thanks (I'm in the midst of relocating countries). I really appreciate you takiing the time to share the colour comparison shots of etoupe in the different leathers. Your Lindy looks incredible and is a testament to how gracefully swift ages :).

I'm still on the hunt and hope I can join this club one day too
