OMG, seriously?!?!? This looks so amazing on you. I'm totally jealous C.

WAIT - this is not even the one that you picked. Hold on - be back....

Right - got it - originally I thought that the other was yours, but I'm loving this, seriously loving it. Green, envy, what a sweet valentine that you have. Could not happen to a better girl.

:roflmfao::roflmfao: sorry for the confusion! yeah i just wanted to point out that there was a PM and GM size for people who were interested. i know there had not been any info i could find on them before.

thanks for being so sweet A :hugs:

Carlinha, this bracelet is fabulous and what a nice DH!

thank you so much maedi!

Thank you for sharing this and it's fabulous on you! A dear friend has the PM version and looks nice on her too. I'm assuming the GM version is chunkier and a statement piece on its own. Do you think it would look nice stacked (saw the PM you tried stacked with a Clic Clac)?

thank you ms piggy! yes the GM size is chunkier, the horse head piece is larger and then the torsade links are totally different since the PM does not have it... i have tried stacking the GM with other bracelets and although it CAN be done, for me, i prefer the look alone so that it can stand out on its own... i felt that stacked with other bracelets, it took away from the beauty of the individual piece... i will post some pics with stacks so you can have an idea...

Thanks! I definitely love the look of the GM over the PM. Will have to email my SA pronto. And hope the price isn't too much more than the Farandole :sweatdrop:

good luck ouija keep me posted please!!! i am not sure how much farandole costs?

WOW. This bracelet is truly stunning! It looks fantastic on your wrist. Major congrats!

thank you booksnchocolate!

Hello! May I ask those of you who've purchased a silver Farandole necklace, was there a care card or info pamphlet placed in the (extremely sturdy ;) ) jewelry box? The Farandole was my first piece of Hermes silver jewelry, so am wondering what's customary. Unlike the horn and enamel pieces I've purchased, it didn't come with an info card. I'll care for it as I do all my other sterling jewelry, but always appreciate a bit more information when available!

I don't have a Farandole, but none of my silver Hermes jewelry have come with a care card. They were all purchased from a boutique. I just wipe them down with a silver polishing cloth after I wear them.

ladies and gents i wanted to share with you an amazing piece that i have been lusting after since seeing it in the ads, and then first previewing it here in this exact thread...

Reigning queen of H Silver, plumtree, has previewed the necklace and ring in this series, but being the bracelet girl that i am, that is what i ended up getting...

i have been talking about this piece non-stop to DH, and showing him all the photos, and to my great surprise, he presented me with my dream bracelet on Valentine's day...

i can't tell you how obsessed i am with it... the detail is truly amazing!!! it is such an easy piece to wear despite the size, because it's light (lighter than the silver CDC bracelet), and the torsade links are malleable and bend and mold exactly to your wrist, unlike the cuff/clic clac/enamels which are solid pieces.

for those interested, the sizing comes in XS, S, M and L... i have a very small wrist and the XS fits me perfectly... i could have gone smaller actually but there's nothing smaller than the XS.

anyway, without further ado, may i present Galop Bracelet GM
(sorry for the million pics but i am so in love and i have not seen many pics of this piece yet, so i figured if people were on the fence, this could help them decide)

** i also clearly have a thing for horses... i have several pieces with this magnificent creature so i tried to be creative and take photos with them as backdrops**

thank you for letting me share!

Carlinha What a wonderful gift from your DH, he is definitely a keeper!! I am totally dying over this gorgeous bracelet, I had seen the pm on ebay and was tempted but your GM steals the show!! Congratulations!!!!

I know this was a gift so I won't ask Carlinha, but if anybody already knows the price of this bracelet in the GM I would be grateful if they could share it :ty:

Thanks so much, ouija board, so helpful to know. My Farandole was a boutique purchase, as well. Maybe it's only the unique silver items, like carlinha's new Galop bracelet that come with info cards (as shown in her photo).

I purchased a Farandole at my boutique a couple of years ago and it did also not come with a care card. Neither did other silver necklaces I purchased from my SA.

In the 80s, and I'm sure before then, the scarves used to come with little care cards that warned not to wear them in the rain.

etoile, i have a silver CDC ring and bracelet all purchased from the boutique (same with the Galop GM bracelet) and those did not come with a care card or pamphlet either (at least not that i remember, and i would have really appreciated it for the CDC bracelet because that was a gift from DH as well and i had no idea how to get it off me :sweatdrop: had to sleep with it on the first night :giggles:)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH--This ONE!!!!!! This is just gorgeous on you!!! I have visited and re-visited this piece at my boutique in hopes it would work for me. It doesn't :( I too have very tiny wrists and tried on the x-small. As an equestrian with a profound obsession for horses, I SO wanted this to look good on me, hence the re-visiting. Maybe on the third try, I will find that somehow a major transformation has occurred and this piece will actually do me justice. Major congrats, again just beautiful on you!!!
