I wish I could… But unless I find a really well payed job by then, I'll have only one cw! But still, that'll be the first time I have 2 scarves with the same design ;)
Same here, Melora: if good jobs, then more purchases, and Point d'Orgue high on the list! So glad it's being reissued and can't wait to find out about the CWs! (or do we already know this?) Thank you for this thread! :D

I have learned not only about your scarf but something about organs.

The stories and symbols in the scarves are one of the things that make H scarves so special!

Here's mine in the burgundy cw with baby pink contrast hem. The colours are much richer in person, blame it on the lousy phone camera.
We're twins on this CW, dear ms piggy! Here is mine

Big thanks to Melora for starting this thread - I always admire the organist hard at work at church, but I know little about how an organ actually works, so this is fascinating!

Dom Bedos de Celles was a French monk in the 18th century. He was also an organ-builder. He wrote a book called "L'Art du facteur d'orgue" "The Art of the Organ-Builder". It still is a reference book today. This book includes lots of explanations, and drawings.
Here, for instance, is a page showing the organist playing, but also the guy working on the bellows that allow the air to arrive in the pipes.
