Mindi B, Birdonce, Miss Al, katielure, Luvbolide, LOUKPEACH, katekluet, Ladybaga, and even MYH who is making fun of me :p thank you for reading me! I'm glad you're enjoying this. Although I must warn you, I need some time to prepare for the rest (watermark the detail pics of my scarf, prepare the close-up pics of organs).

Chincac, thanks for showing you cw! There was a time when I wanted it badly, but I'm happy with my black one for winter. And if all goes according to plan, I will have it as a mousseline GM for summer!

This is so wonderful, thank you! Silks are not my focus and until recently I didn't realize that most (all?) have a story behind them. Have others done this? Lots of threads telling the stories behind the scarves would be amazing! Your scarf is beautiful Melora, thank you again.

Melora - I'm only gently teasing you. :p I love how much passion you have for this scarf and its meaning to you. I am a piano player myself, so am vey much enjoying the organ lesson , which has a similar keyboard to the piano, but seems like it would be a whole different beast to play.

Chincac - you have a stunning colorway! Have you not even worn it out yet? Looks like the tag is still on. It's time to take your baby out for a spin!

I know, don't worry :)

Yes, the piano and the organ share the keyboard, but the ressemblance ends there! I cannot pretend to be able to use a piano. I don't know what to do with the pedals, and it's so strange that the sound is so soft if you press lightly on the keys ;)

I'm not done with the organ lesson, I have yet to talk about the stops, the keyboards, the pedals, the player...

Looking forward to it!

I agree, that would be great!
As a geek, for instance, I'd love to see all keys identified in "les clés" ;)
If that happens a lot, that might require a special subforum with one thread per scarf ;)

MYH, thank you. those pics were taken a few years ago. It was my 2nd and my last 90cm silk twill since I realised I don't like the feel of the silk nor the size. Wore it maybe twice at most. But love the design and the colours. Can't wait for the GM mousseline in spring..
