Ugh, so sorry yodaling. Not acceptable. What is going on with CSGMs this season? Hope you find a replacement and it’s flawless (like it should be).
I will try to see if I can exchange somehow as I am at the end of 30-day exchange.
I hope so too. I really do not check anything i buy normally as I expect all of them to be perfect but I guess not with the quality now. It is so disappointing when you pay full price for item with flaw. This should be on sale. Now I have to go through the hassle to see if I can somehow find a perfect one to exchange.

so sorry it happened to you
once i was looking at 100 CS from Men's section and as soon as i opened it flat (it was hanging tied on the rail) i saw a massive ugly pull, the whole thread like 70-75 cm long was pulled out and imo it was totally unfixable, the SA immediately removed the scarf from the display, and since then i am ALWAYS checking everything, the silks, the shawls, before i take it to the counter, you never know who tried it on before you

I normally place my order via phone. So I requested the SA to provide me with one that is brand new in the plastic and not one that has been shown to customer or tried on and this still happens. It makes me think twice now whether I should even purchase without being able to check and risk things coming not in perfect condition. Sigh.so sorry it happened to you
