After visiting the winery, which was a treat for me, we went to a pub so that SO could watch the Rugby test match (NZ All Blacks vs. Australia). A man sitting at the bar admired my shawl, and his wife came over to have a closer look. We drew a crowd. This lady is going to try to find LFSV when she and DH visit Melbourne next week. As I am very shy, this proved to be a great icebreaker.

victorialab-that idea has been suggested previously (see Birkinmary's lovely photo of her LaFemme over the Grand Canyon). The femmies are trying to get photos of their scarves when they travel to far away places! Yours is the second I think! Also still trying to collect the b/w scarves to make a collage, and I am hoping a few more will post here for me to do that.

Better late than never! I now have a fuchsia La Femme in silk! Yay! After all the admonitions about how bright it is, I listened to my inner voice and went for it and it is perfect for me. I have other scarves that have some fuchsia/hot pink in them and they worked so why not La Femme? I will get out the camera this weekend for a little show and tell
