Dear H shoe lovers, Im very tempted to order the Derby shoes (Both Pearl Derby and Othello Derby) online, but I have never bought H shoes before. May I ask if they are comfortable? And are they true to size? I have narrow feet and wear 39.5 for most brands and 39 in gucci loafers. Many thanks for the help!

I like H shoes and find them extremely comfortable. The size will depend on style. An SA told me that shoes in calfskin will stretch slightly over time while epsom shoes will not. In my opinion I'm not sure I would buy online unless you do not have an option to visit a boutique.

Do they slip off the heel when you walk or too wide or both? The fact that they are fabric would make me think about returning because it seems like fabric would stretch out over time. It's unfortunate when you find H shoes you like but not the size.

Dear HavLab,

They are not too wide but they tend to slip off if I walk fast so I guess I’ll have to return them and pray for restock on smaller sizes [emoji25]

I called the customer service and they also mentioned that the fabrics will stretch over time so they’ll be even bigger unfortunately.

Sigh, keep my fingers crossed!! But there are many beautiful new season shoes available on the European site already [emoji106]
