I would like to buy these as a gift for a friend who has a high arch. I asked my sales person if it would be a problem in her answer was perhaps. So not helpful. Does anyone here have these shoes and a high arch by chance? Or does anyone here have a high arch and a general reflection on how H fits?

I have a somewhat of a high arch and need shoes with at least some support. My SA has advised me to not buy H shoes!

I have a high arch and narrow feet - not a good combination for h shoes. The only h shoes that fit me (in half a size down from my normal one) are orans (in box leather, not Epsom, they are wider) and legend sandals and Kennedy loafers plus the jumping boots in suede. All of these fit me really well though but I am a vivid barefoot walker / yogi at home and do not have any support in any of my shoes and I am fine with this and probably used to thus, too. If your friend really needs support she might be happy with the legend sandals as I feel that they fit nicely into my arched feet.

Edit: I have not tried your choice of shoes so not able to comment on them specifically.

They are just flat sandals. If your friend is able to wear flip flops she should be fine. I did have to size up to give myself more coverage in the back for my heels. Hope they work out!

I have these and they’re uncomfortable. So cute though. I grinned and bore it to wear around the small resort property we stayed in during a beach vacation, but they were definitely stowed away in the suitcase for the trip from/to the airport where you’d have to walk quite a bit.
