I bought my first pair of Hermes shoes, the Infra sandals, and I am wondering if I got the correct size. Where do I find the sizing? There is nothing on the box itself and just a long string of numbers on the inside of the shoes. I ordered a size 38.5, and had it delivered to the store. They felt a little short, but the 39 felt too long, so I’m wondering if I was given the 38 instead. Hopefully someone can solve the missing shoe size number on the sandals!
Should be on the underside of the sandal.

Nothing there!

In that case, check inside the shoe and there should be a blind stamp somewhere. Likely there should be a series of numbers that correspond to the product code as well as the size.

Hermes shoes in my experience tend to have both of those things somewhere on the shoe (the product code and the size), the most common pattern is the size is on the bottom / the sole, and the product code is inside as a blind stamp. However for some styles the size isn’t on the sole, and is instead also inside as a blind stamp, often near the product code. And when it’s a style where it’s impossible to a stamp inside (for example thin string sandals which don’t have space to stamp), I’ve seen them put both under the shoe.

Thank you so much for helping a newbie out! Size is correct :)

Looking to invest in a pair of loafers. I have difficulty finding closed toe shoes in my size which is a US 11. As we all know invest is the right word for these shoes so any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks. Waiting for my Alma mules to get here

I have the Fauborg loafer and I absolutely love them. They're a different look- chunkier- which I think is a cool look with skirts and dresses and with jeans. They're a bit heavy and they're very stiff at first. They take a little breaking in but after a handful of wears they are pretty comfy.
