Oh the other thing is my SA told me if I put the sole on then they don’t provide after sale service and they actually do not recommend it. Is it true?

Thanks again!
Hello! I just recently told my SA I put the vibram sole on my jumping boots, and she thought it was a great idea "makes the shoes last longer" she said. I don't know about the after sale service, but the shoe does last longer; I have done this for years on all of my leather sole shoes. It also somehow keeps the shoes in shape too. I also use cedar wood shoe/boot trees. HTH!

Hey there ladies! I am looking into getting my very first Hermes piece and I am eyeing the Manege sandal. For the ones of you who have them: are they worth it? Are they comfortable? How do they run?
Thank you!

Hi everyone, I'm considering getting the Oran or Oasis sandals in my first Hermes purchase this summer, so excited! I don't live near a store so can't try them on, I just called Hermes customer service (US), and they recommended that if I'm a 4.5 (US sizing) or 34.5-35 (European), then 34.5 would be the size for me, and 35 would be slightly too big. They said that their sizing is more true to US than Italian sizing (like Gucci or Valentino).
I have a narrow feet, and for reference my sizes for most designer shoes are 34.5-35.
What would you recommend? And are there sizing differences between the Oran vs Oasis?
Hoping to get some wise insights..
Thanks so much!

Does anyone have any input on the Story boots? Are they zipless? If so, how hard is it to put them on? Are they worth it?

I happened to try them on few wks ago. They’re pull on boots without zipper. Definitely very easy to put on. I have the Penny knee boots from last season and compared to those the Story boots are a bit softer. Very comfy imo. Heel height is abt 9cm, so not too low nor too high. However I had to pass on them since the shafts are too high for my short legs. They hit me on the middle of the knees in such an unflattering way :( So definitely try before buy kinda boots! But truly worth the $$$ imo! HTH

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! This is exactly what I needed to know. These boots are absolutely beautiful and what I have been looking for; but, I have super short legs (I am only 5’) so I will need to wait for my local store to get some in my size and see how they fit me. I fear I will have the same outcome as you :( but for that kind of money they have to be nothing but perfect! Thank you again!
