I think it's a couple hundred dollars difference. Sorry I don't know what the price is now for a PM. My PM was purchased around 8 years ago, prior to multiple price increases. I want to say that it was slightly less than $2000 at that time, while the Elan was in the mid $2000 range? Elans are now around $3500.

I find that I use my Jige and Medor 29 more. They are easier to use because I can fit more compared to the medor 23. What were your thoughts on the Rouge vif Egee? Sounds like there was a lot of decisions to be made. Did you end up getting anything?

I went back to look at the Egee today. My husband came. I like his opinion. The style is not his tastes. The bag holds the essentials easily. I still think it's nice.
I also looked at a Birkin 35. It really overpowers me. I am 5'4" and about 105 lbs. I do not consider myself petite. Maybe it's my body frame or I'm not used to the size

I think I would have a difficult time walking away from Rouge vif as I am hoping to add something red to my collection, just haven't decided what to hunt for yet. I have way too many black bags, My first Birkin is a 35, which I think Birkin's look the best, as a tote. I use it when I travel and during the fall and winter seasons. If you feel that it overpowers you, then definitely go with your gut feeling and wait for it in a 30, which I also love, as a handbag vs a tote. Back on topic, size comparison of Jige elan and Medor 29.

I'm still thinking about the Egee. It may have been better not to ask his opinion! My husband likes understatement. Like your Jige! Your Medor is beautiful also! Those colors go with everything!!

Thank you. I wish it had. I have a weakness for anything red. It's difficult to resist when I see one. Maybe it's time to branch out more to other colors. Don't you have a Kelly cut & Jige? Any comparisons between them?

Me too! I have a huge weakness for reds but surprisingly have only one H red bag - my roulis in RG! Would love to add another red at some point!!
Yes, I do have both the Jige and KC! Although I love both, KC wins my vote! I can fit so much more in the KC and plus every single time I use my KC I get compliments[emoji173]️... Now it could also be because of the leather that I love KC a little more? My KC is in Epsom and my Jige in swift! Swift is super buttery and luxurious but I am extra careful using it while Epsom I don't even worry!

I have. Jige. Maybe a KC or KP would be the next practical purchase...if you can categorize anything Hermes as practical!
