Hello!
I can finally join the clutch club! Lol here's my Kelly pochette in Bleu France.

I attached a video that I found on how to tie the braided handle. I've never seen this before and thought others might want to do this on their Kelly pochettes and cuts.

I don’t understand how this works! When I try it the twilly comes out a twisty mess and after I tie it off it twists all around on itself. If anyone has tips for those of us who need “extra help” it would be appreciated!!

At NY’s fall 2024 Part II runway show, the medor CDC motif was having a revival. Mainly as a waist clinching belt (the last time I wore most of mine, they were for my low waisted jeans, but I did still have a waist clinch YG (third pic)

I always liked the medor, and I really like pristine bargain resale, so i recently picked up what looks like a never worn 23 Gris Perlè tadelakt medor clutch for a nice price. I had an older resale 29 clutch in ardoise box leather, similar condition, from some time ago. IMO, the clutches are an easier way to do this trend. I haven’t gone so far as to dig out my old CdC bracelets, but never say never. What’s old is apparently brand new again

Here with a white fall 2024 synthetic high waisted Hermes skirt; 2024 Celine jeans; 2023 courreges pants; (and DH’s hiro yanagimachi sneakers and watch. He is wearing an h shacket and cargo pants but it’s hard to tell

Another TPFer asked about the flexibility of the tadelakt flap. It’s pretty easy to manipulate bc pretty bc of the soft construction of this clutch. But, I’m sure it will show signs of my use at the bend (second pic below when I bent it just now). Box leather seems harder and possibly hardier. But also heavier.

If anyone wants to try out the vintage medor clutches, the 23 holds quite a bit and is considerably lighter. As for the medor CDC belt, the vintage ones seem nicer to me bc of the extra HW, but the thicker CDC one is annoying bc the ring makes a clinking sound.

I just sold my medir clutch. Not sure if I regret it (yet!). I always found it to be difficult to carry under the arm etc. I loved the color (menthe in chèvre) but just didn’t reach for it often. I do love the CDC style buckle. Def want the belt!!

Love the looks @880 ! The Medor clutch and belt (in my case I have both in black GHW) are ones I reach for quite often, especially my clutch. That bag goes so easily from day to eve....
