I have observed the same as luckylove. I believe when that bag first came out it was primarily referred to as the Kelly pouchette but it seems like lately more SAs are referring to it as mini kelly. I haven't checked but maybe the product book refers to it now as the mini kelly and so they call it accordingly. This is my theory for now. Maybe someone can confirm what the product book says.

From what I know..there is a size 25 Kelly which my SA refer as mini...but I know for sure Kelly pochett still around but harder to get than Kelly cut

You're right. It's called mini Kelly in the product book. I saw it at both FSH and Sevres last week. And when I requested for Kelly pochette the SAs also confirmed that it's mini Kelly.
