Here are my thoughts and what I know for sure on some of your questions:

1) Yes, KP's can be harder to get because inventory is just less. I'm thinking that because there are limits on how much an SM can order it becomes less available. I think they can't order as many as the B & K.
2) My SA has confirmed (like TankerToad said), only KP in exotic counts toward your quota.
3) SA's don't get commission. They have goals.
4) Sorry, don't know the current price. KP in Epsom before price hike in January was $4750. I'm gonna guess price went up 10% but that's a guess.

I saw this beauty in the latest Hermes catalogue. Strange enough, it was labelled as Mini Kelly and not Kelly Pochette. Colour is canary in lizard niloticus. A must have!!! :love::love::love:

Hmmm...that's interesting! But I kinda recalled I saw FSH window display a few years back they have mini kelly which is in similar scale of regular kelly. Definitely not in the KP scale. Maybe I am wrong.

Also I didn't aware KP is actually less expensive than KC if under 2014 price.

I posted this before in another thread. I added long chiffon ribbon to the straps on either side panels. I can wear crossbody when I need to. Usually I keep the braided ribbon inside the KC.ImageUploadedByPurseForum1429071335.989358.jpg
