I love steam ironing......the sound of the steam hissing, the vapor rising, and the spraying of a scented ironing liquid................I also love polishing boots, again, it is the smell. I love the smell of the polish, and I feel as if I have really accomplished something................looking at the nice shiny item........ I should find employment as a domestic, I even like polishing silver...........again, I get carried away and keep polishing.......................

My two box Kelly bags.
I am so crazy about box leather that it's the only leather I would buy for Hermès bags. I've neve took in consideration any other leather. Box for me is pure lust...
BTW how is the situation for new orders in box? Do they allow to order bags in this leather? And how is the choice of colors? Rich or limited to basic shades?

Stunning match! I am not a birkin gal but yours it's wonderful.
May I ask...you don't feel pain at your arm after two hours of carrying it? My kelly is only a 28 but it's enough for me, and I keep in it only very little things...every time I see BIG bags I wonder how the owner does with the weight.
BTW we are on hunt for the same Sapphir box! But I look for strictly a Kelly sellier in a small size with GHW...and it will be a long search.

If I'm going to be out and about, doing lots of standing carrying my bag, Kellys or Bolides would be my bag of choice. But when I know that the places I will go will have places to put my bag on for a rest from time to time, it's really not so bad to have a 35 birkin with me. I don't tend to load my bags up hugely and can pretty much go a whole day with my 35 birkins. OK I must admit that I've been going to the gym so my upper body strength ain't bad

Ahhh like dynamic duo your 2 Kellys. Box is infinitely beautiful and mine, I don't use them much unfortunately I tend to reach for the more destructive proof Garden party or Evelyne more...

I am really curious about the feeling and the weight of a classic 35 B in box leather. The birkin is a more slouchy bag so they acquire a lovely casual look that even a retourne kelly doesn't achieve.
I've lost weight and now I have more resistance (for example I now can run for longer time) but less strenght, so I have problems carrying very heavy bags or luggage...
Thank you very much! I use both bags in an active life (90% of the time I go out I have my BIG dog with me
), and because of this the mini is way more practical, it has also the strap...Accidents do happen (the bigger kelly had one with a chewing gum...)
