I will never get over my ebene barenia birkin. I only wish I had it in a 40, but I have a 35cm. I just pulled her out for the fall season and have been carrying her for the past few weeks.

The leather is extremely heavy. I know it's heavy in a 35, and I have clemence in a 40 and that's a load on the arm, but I would have to say barenia is the heaviest leather I have.

But, it's SO worth it. Barenia ... and I think I am happy I have it in a darker color so I don't have to worry about stains as much as naturelle ... however barenia in a dark color is like purse perfection in a birkin. Kind of like a Kelly in Black Box.

Barenia was made for birkins.
