I can always count on the support of the mistress of barenia, arabesques! Halzan will be a well used bag for me.

Hclub and purssey, DH thinks my picotin looks a bit haggard and wonder why I keep carrying it and cherish it. I've never bought a Barenia bag new from the boutique before. My past Barenias have been vintage as was the pico. I will have to take a little group photo soon. The new Barenia is lightweight, but yes it does have that lovely Barenia smell.

All righty barenia lovers - here is my very first H barenia bag that was brought home today! I love the Halzan and so very happy to have it in my favorite leather ...
Congrats Lanit, on this beauty. Please post how you're enjoying carrying it (in which of the 4 ways you find it most useful) after you've done so for a while. I love your choice!

I love the Halzan and so very happy to have it in my favorite leather (other than chevre, though I would not want chevre for Halzan). It is the regular size and many thanks to Serva for sharing her mini with us!

Shown here with my little Pm barenia picotin with orange chevre handles. Must be barenia fate to have matching colors in both bags Lol. You can see the
difference in patina for sure!

I absolutely love this! Perfection!

I never thought I would own a Barenia bag, much less a Kelly, but in the world of H, never say never! I've been drooling over all the photos in this thread, and hearing @calexandre and @psaseattle wax philosophical about their Barenia bags and the adventures they had with them just made me want one more. Then this appeared ... I had a couple of lengthy discussions with DH about how one of my K32s was just not working for me, which led to the decision to sell that bag and get this one. Introducing my new-to-me, fully patina-ed, Kelly 35. I have named him Prince because he was born in 1999.

In a 35! Now, that is a fabulous size for a Barenia bag! You and Prince are clearly going to have many of your own amazing adventures. :flowers:

Thanks! Your post about your Barenia Evie was one of the things that pushed me over the edge! 35 is indeed a great size for this particular bag -- I wanted a true workhorse, not a "fancy bag."

beautiful kelly! i am so envious, that looks like a great size.

Thanks, Junkenpro! I'm hoping that the 35 will be a real workhorse. For years I thought 32 was the perfect size, but for an everyday bag, I always wished it fit just a little bit more. The 35 can be a little heavy, but with the shoulder strap, it's not too bad.

Barenia and brushed/matte phw in a 35 K, you struck gold! Look for a canvas strap if you can, it would help tremendously with weight distribution.
