I like the ombre pattern on #1 ...but would rather more blue/green - and less yellow. Sounds like you're indecisive - like I would be. If it were me , I'd order another and hope "3rd times a charm"...you need to be happy!

Very disappointed in my oil slick rhyder I received today. The feet and turnlock are all scratched up and one of the clips on the long strap is missing a huge chunk of the finish. Do the people that prepare these bags use them as punching bags first? !?!

Ugh that is so frustrating. The worst part of shopping online. I have 3 small kids and a job and do 90% of my shopping online since I can't get to the stores often. And I don't know how many times I've had to return things (not just to coach) because of quality.

I've noticed too that most bags with feet come already scratched up when ordering from coach. If I order from Macy's or zappos where the bags come factory wrapped they are perfect. I have 3 boutiques near me and they all said they won't be getting this bag in stock. I think I will end up returning it because I have a good chance of an exchange looking just as bad :(

Could it be they sent you a returned/pre loved bag? That sucks I hate that feeling... waiting for something in the mail and its not 100%! Sorry that it happened to you
