NY Ladies, is the Met Pavillion a short walk/easy to find from Penn Station? Is there only one entrance? I've heard there are a lot of different sales going on there, so are there different entrances for different sales?

It's on 18th between 6th and 7th ave, kind of in the middle of the block. You can exit PS at 7th ave and 33rd St and walk down. There are 20 north/south blocks to a mile, so it's about 3/4 of a mile away. I think (this is how it was last year at least) that if you turn off 7th onto 18th, you'll come to the Intermix sale first and then the Hermes sale in the east side of the building. It should be pretty easy to see and if not, just ask someone in line!

Showing up at the end of the sale seems silly as you guys will pick over all the good stuff Have fun without me. I guess my credit card will be happy to have the break. Hope you girls get some great bargains.

Feh, I'm lazy, I wouldn't walk that far, LOL! I would be much more likely to take either the A/C train or the 1/9 to 18th street and then walk the one or two long blocks.

When you get there, they will direct you to different parts of the venue/space, and there is usually signage that indicates which sale is where also. It's a big place, they often have 2 or 3 sales at once in there. The last time I went to a Hermes sale it was uptown in a crowded, tiny, dark room, so I'm looking forward to this one. Should be far less unpleasant, I hope.
