Thanks a lot ! Yes, I was never happy with the city. It was either “first” which I have one in pourpre (not oldie) and the black oldie was stolen from my porch in a parcel which was left by mail person ….or I love work, and now “work with the strap”, strap in part time is really a great length for me. City strap never worked for me so I carry them hanging on the arm …but too small for me and I prefer Sunday to carry that way. Never even looked at part-time, because majority I saw were with large hardware …the one with RH is just my style 100%

). That is the one thing that attracts me to a particular Bal, when I see crisp handles. Everything else I can clean and fix and disinfect but the sticky old handles …nah. One exception was my grenat work - i washed them with a mild laundry detergent and applied leather creme and they are now my darkened handles. And the ones on Bordeaux twiggy, they are dark but the datker color is so perfect for the bordeaux that the bag grained some character. I would not feel like that with lighter colors and agneau. Chevre has that uneveness which can tolerate a lot of changes ove rat years and still remain gorgeous.
