Not Sure How I Feel About New Business Model...

Right?:D

The other problem I have is that by the time something goes to the outlet I'm bored with it. I've seen it too long or my eye has wandered to the next "new" thing. :graucho:
That's true but I figure that if I still really love it when it has gone to the outlet then it was meant to be. It is so easy to get caught up in the hype on tpf and think you really need something just because everyone else seems to love it.

Hopefully, it's a good time to re-brand the outlets to a secondary line model, considering the upper management changes coming in the next 6-12 months. I don't know about the $498 price point but I think some of these concepts would really help upgrade the brand on both ends of the spectrum, and solve some QC issues too. Can't say I am surprised about the changes to return policy. The costs on that have to be astronomical.

But I'm sure the savings won't get passed on to us, either heheheheheheh...

I agree. This could really help Coach turn things around.

Has anyone heard of any changes to the return policy yet?

I had posted this somewhere else awhile back, but a friend of mine said her SA told her that they were going to be revamping the return policy to 30 or 60 days for return...she (the SA) didn't know when it was going to happen...for what it's worth...

Thanks! I really think the outlets should be final sale, no refunds. That would stop a lot of nonsense that occurs now.

Coach probably sells hundreds of bags for everyone that is returned, so the current return policy will stay the same until that changes. I try not to return, but knowing that I can return later if I want to, does influence my purchases, and I'm sure others are the same.

It would definitely stem the tide for nonsense but it would decrease sales overall. I do not shop at places that are all final sale and if I do buy final it has to be a damn good deal or something I really want.

If Coach went to final sale they would loose alot of business, definitely mine. I agree that they could decrease the amount of time to make a return, unlimited is just too long.
