Not loving the microblading, advice

Does anyone's fade away entirely? I always hear it is semi-permanent and it fades away but my last session was 5 years ago and I still see vestiges of it, just very light. Patchy in some parts but nothing a bit of brow powder doesn't fix and even without brow powder I don't look like a chihuahua (was really into the 90's no brow look, those hairs never grew back).

I resisted the urge to remove them but I still hate them. They are clearly uneven, especially in relation to my eyes. I have managed to conceal them on the side too close to my nose. And they are still so dark... my hair is dark brown but my brows have never been that dark. It seriously sucks, I wear next to no makeup and now if I don’t practically put a whole face on, my eyebrows are so stupidly obvious. I’ve been putting powder over them to lighten the color and exfoliate them every other day. :yucky:

I can’t figure out how they would remove the microblading. I’ve had mine done a couple of times and my fear would be that you’re going to make the situation worse. As everyone is saying they’ll lighten up quite a bit once they’ve healed and I think you run the risk of infection and/or scaring. How would they remove dye that’s permeated your skin? Did the person you talked to explain the procedure?
A similar procedure on how it got put on. They cut into your skin and use some sort of solution that dissolves/removes the pigment. It's called phiremoval I believe.

I don’t think they look too bad at all. I’m a bolder brow lover and have mine feather touch tattooed too. It is a massive adjustment to get used to but now I look back on pics pre brows and I always think - where are my brows!?!

I’m not sure if you’ve discussed with the place you had them done but from my knowledge you can ask have them touch them up with lighter shades to make them less dark eg. caramel coloured strokes not brown and they can even them up at that time or you can try another place all together.

I find because of my skin type mine really fade over the year and about the 10 month mark I am getting to the stage where I need my annual touch up.

I know nothing we say can make you like them but I would not recommend getting them removed. They will fade over time.

This may not be much consolation but they do look less obvious than they did in your first photos. I wouldn’t mess with them, let them fade away. It’s not worth the risk of doing harm to your skin.

Okay, firstly, you are gorgeous. Nothing could ruin that face. And secondly, they have faded a lot.

The only criticism I have is that they are very squared off. But that already seems to be fading. I think powder and exfoliation will get you to a point where they are ok.

I would worry if you attempted to remove them you would damage the existing follicles and end up with a bigger mess.

Mine have faded but its still too dark for me in my opinion. I’m “okay” about them now but I still don’t love them and scrub away each and every day encouraging them to fade more.

Checked all your pics - totally see what you're saying, but in this pic I think they look good! Such a bummer to not have a great experience!
