Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus?

@Arlene619, I didn't cancel it. Neiman's cancelled it claiming the item had been discontinued which is ridiculous. They have these shoes all over their website and in their stores. Left a bad taste in my out after that.

Wow I'm so upset, the same thing just happened to me. This was through bergdorfs, I placed an order on the 31st, for a saint laurent bag, I didn't get any email regarding the shipment of my bag, so I just decided to give them a call and give me the status of my order, I just got off of the phone with them and they said the bag was out of stock!! They didn't even send me an email stating the item isn't available or anything, I had to call them myself! Does this look like it's out of stock online?! Anyways, I was expecting my bag to be here within the week but I guess they aren't restocking it! 😠😠

I have to drive some distance to get to either one. Since my skin care line is only at Neiman's, I end up shopping there more. I find them very customer-friendly, but I buy a lot. Maybe that makes a difference. Online I've ordered from Saks and Nordie's and prefer Nordstrom's service over Saks.

I live in Canada so Nordstrom is my only option out of the two, but for shopping online and when I travel, I have always been a Nordstrom fan. Their customer service is amazing!

Nordstrom for their return policy and the fact they ship to APO addresses.
