Ok you talked me into trying the MG flats in the Jasmine color! It says they run small, did you size up? I might have to watch for the gorgeous color you got since it's sold out and I love it. The plum looks so much prettier in your pictures than on the website.
Oh I had that Eileen Fisher hoodie cardigan on my might buy list. Thanks for the review. Maybe I’ll try it if it gets further discounted in the future.
I also have a pair of Eileen Fisher wide leg pants I should have returned and kept instead. Whenever I wear it somehow my lower belly that is already round gets bigger.
Aquatalia is fantastic. You’ll never have to worry about walking on slippery surfaces. Worth the money.

lol!The plum is SO pretty!! In the one photo my camera couldnt really pick up on the shade which is why I took the photo holding it in the window, that is true to color.
My sizing in EU sized brands is almost always a 41, but sometimes a 40.5. I got these in 40.5 since they were the only one left and they fit PERFECT! I definitely have room at the end of my toes too, so the length is also good. I'm generally a 9.5-10 in US sizes, although lately I've been more of a 10.
Yeah Im very bummed about the itch factor. I have not had that issue with other EF wool/angora/etc. items before. And I have that same issue with the wide leg pants! Where the waistband sits, my lower belly looks pretty rough, it is not flattering and I generally have no issues with my lower belly. But if I try to pull the waistband higher, then the pants become floods on me.
Finally got into my store today, still seemed pretty busy! I picked up an order and tried it on, returned some, and checked out other items.
No for me was the WAYF turtleneck. Turtleneck was way too big/tall and itchy overall.
On the other hand I love the WAYF polo sweater. It’s so heavy and nice. I love these tops for virtual work as I look more put together but will be in leggings. I like an oversized look but my regular XS size was already roomy enough (and I tried it on vs the small maybe ten times lol). I’m wearing it with wit and wisdom dark bootcut jeans (easy to wear, love) and the Vince boots that are part of the sale (but I scored last years version at Clear The Rack for $65, lucky me. I love these boots and do recommend).
Lastly I’m kind of on the fence about these rails jeans but likely will return. The cut is wonderful, but I’d love to try in a size up to compare. That said, you definitely have to tuck in the top to show off the detail. So I’m just on the fence about limited wears. I suspect there will be lots of returns as others figure out sizing, but they’re a great piece if you can make it work.
Also haven’t heard anyone say anything about this sanctuary top that can also be worn as a cardigan. I’d wear with a camisole underneath but I love the cut and it’s unique for my closet so a keeper.
My 9 yo got this top and Jean shorts (not in the sale). Love both items, a good straddle between the little girl and tween she is slowly becoming 😢
She and I had so much fun in store. A great lunch, found the Michael Jordan short for her brother which has been sold out everywhere, and tried the deep blue suede madewell bag (super nice just want to be sure I need it). Shopping in store is always so much better than online!

Oh I love the Sanctuary cardigan/top! It's almost sold out online, people must like it
It's very pretty.So now that I'm very likely keeping all three Aquatalia booties and the Aquatalia cognac knee high boots (and might grab the black suede knee high if they come back in stock in my size), plus the Mansur Gavriel flats that I assumed wouldnt fit but instead are perfect, I cannot keep all the other stuff I bought. This means I have to purge one of the jackets I got - The eileen fisher reversible coat, or the barbour rain jacket.
I'm leaning towards returning the rain jacket, mostly because I have not needed a rain jacket in years, I just want one for convenience, while the EF coat is a good addition to my coat closest as I do not have a classic longer wool coat, just some puffy winter coats, a nylon long coat, and a few shorter spring/fall ones. Trying to think logically here!

Woohoo!! I picked up the Reiss Mollie coat in camel. Only took about a day of stalking. If it gets canceled, my stylist is really good about price matching canceled orders after the sale.
I received the AG Adria wide leg jeans. I’m surprised to say I prefer the BP wide legs. They’re not only more comfortable and flattering, they’re also only $50 compared to $165. I bought the light, dark and black wash for less than the AGs.
I’ll be returning the Rails yellow daisies cardigan in S if anyone is looking. XS is a perfect fit.

I'm finally going into a store tomorrow, and picking up my laundry detergent! I know that's not very exciting, but I do love this laundry detergent and get it every year.

OMG it’s the year of shoes for me too. I’m keeping all three Aquatalia plus, Paige boots and two pairs of sneaks. Other than that I got mostly basics. Stocked up on tees, both short and long sleeve in neutrals. Picked up a black cashmere hoodie and chocolate crew neck cashmere. Oh I forgot the Max Mara coat. LOVE that thing and the fun striped R&B striped cotton button down. I’m done!!! Heh, heh, famous last words.
Does it rain a lot where you live? Sounds like you don’t really need it and the EF would be the better choice.

It does rain here (Michigan) but not THAT much. I have a garage and work from home 2-3 days a week, Im rarely actually in the rain except for when Im out mushroom hunting in the spring, which I feel deserves a cheapy rain coat not a barbour lol. I dont want a dirty tick infested $300 coat.
