Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2025

So whats on everyones stalk list? I am not going to be wild and refreshing the product page like I have in years past, but I will casually browse the website and in store for returns for just two items, both being Nordstrom brand.

1. The pleated leather skirt, I think this sold out on Icon day so I didnt really stand a chance lol but maybe returns will trickle in this week - https://www.nordstrom.com/s/nordstrom-pleated-leather-skirt/8129146
2. The pull-on ponte trousers in the dark grey. This is the item which was fully stocked just yesterday, then today suddenly a bunch of sizes were gone - https://www.nordstrom.com/s/pull-on-ponte-trousers/8129007

Did anyone in here get any of the above two items?

EDIT - Oh yeah, forgot the black suede knee high Aquatalia boots! Need a size 10, the only size sold out

This is the only thing on my stalk list right now. It's the thing I wanted the most this year. I've seen one pop back so far, but not in my size. Hopefully I can snag it before the end of the sale. I was surprised it sold out so fast.

I wanted to get the ponte pants with the top as a work outfit, but they were not both available in store on Thursday. I'm still sort of surveying because I have no discipline when it comes to buying MORE black clothing/outfits (and I'm leaning towards that more than the grey, which looks cool, too)!

lol this is why I was avoiding the ponte pants and top - but this is the type of outfit that makes me feel most put together at work! So now I am stalking it so I can compare it to my beloved EF ponte pieces.

I am also stalking the rag and bone brown striped shirt.

Finally got into my store today, still seemed pretty busy! I picked up an order and tried it on, returned some, and checked out other items.

No for me was the WAYF turtleneck. Turtleneck was way too big/tall and itchy overall.

On the other hand I love the WAYF polo sweater. It’s so heavy and nice. I love these tops for virtual work as I look more put together but will be in leggings. I like an oversized look but my regular XS size was already roomy enough (and I tried it on vs the small maybe ten times lol). I’m wearing it with wit and wisdom dark bootcut jeans (easy to wear, love) and the Vince boots that are part of the sale (but I scored last years version at Clear The Rack for $65, lucky me. I love these boots and do recommend).

Lastly I’m kind of on the fence about these rails jeans but likely will return. The cut is wonderful, but I’d love to try in a size up to compare. That said, you definitely have to tuck in the top to show off the detail. So I’m just on the fence about limited wears. I suspect there will be lots of returns as others figure out sizing, but they’re a great piece if you can make it work.

Also haven’t heard anyone say anything about this sanctuary top that can also be worn as a cardigan. I’d wear with a camisole underneath but I love the cut and it’s unique for my closet so a keeper.

My 9 yo got this top and Jean shorts (not in the sale). Love both items, a good straddle between the little girl and tween she is slowly becoming 😢

She and I had so much fun in store. A great lunch, found the Michael Jordan short for her brother which has been sold out everywhere, and tried the deep blue suede madewell bag (super nice just want to be sure I need it). Shopping in store is always so much better than online!

I’m sure a few more visits are in my future, looking forward to seeing more reviews and getting tips!

I bought the Sanctuary top. I tried it on a whim and glad I did! I probably wouldn’t have looked twice at it online. The associate helping me suggested it as a cardigan too - I wasn’t considering that at all, but I might try it that way!

I bought the ponte pants in gray but they haven’t shipped yet. I think that’s the only item of mine that hasn’t yet. I wanted the black but waited too late in the day when I saw them and they were gone by the time I ordered. In hindsight I have the Spanx ponte pants in black from the sale last year so I think having the gray will be a nice change! I’ll let you know how they are when I get them!

Ohhhh thanks for letting me know! Did it run true to size? I know Nordstrom sizing is sometimes wonky.

Picked up my Argento Vivo Panthera link necklace in gold today. Oddly enough my very first order from 7/11 STILL isn’t ready for pickup.

Feels a little light but it lays flat. What bothers me is that full price on the AV website was $75 (now sold out at $37.50) so is the NAS price really a discount?

Do I really need this when I already have these The gold tone on the AV is slightly more realistic.

I purchased this necklace last night, and am confused on the item description on my order history, which says "bracelet" at $44. I dont see a necklace listing online to compare. Was yours the same? Ok I have an idea! I’m terrible so maybe you shouldn’t listen to me.

Order the Bomber jacket from the sale and keep the poshmark pile and see which you like better

And also order the moto before it sells out in size 8

I love the idea of ordering the other jacket, THEN trying them both on and deciding!
