Well that’s good to know. It’ll be MUCH easier to hit icon every year. I’ll have to start using it instead of my Costco card each year. Just make sure to pay it off each month. I think their interest rate is something horrific like 33%!

I remember getting an email about this a month or so ago - great changes! I need to sit down and calculate which card is better.
It is. I will definitely pay it off every month. And you guys are all scaring me. I am triple checking with my stylist right now. I’m going to be upset if I was told the wrong info.

Not trying to scare you at all. I’m sure it did just change if that’s what she told me. I asked maybe 4 years ago, so I am sure they have the more updated information. I haven’t asked about it recently. But I do remember seeing the interest rate was going up so I made sure to keep it at zero. I use my Costco card the same way but their interest rate is much lower. I don't know that I have a card with that crazy high interest other then Nordys.

I looked into it last year and it was only spending inside Nordstrom, but that’s good to know. I travel hack, so I have a different credit card for everything (and use them like cash, pay them off twice a month) and then use the points to travel or pay myself back. I saved up 3 years of Amazon points and paid myself back for an expensive outdoor projector for our new backyard remodel. We fly on points for our one or two trips a year. Chase has a limit to how many new cards you can open in a 24 month period, so I have a spreadsheet & have to be careful about opening new ones so it doesn’t throw off my travel strategy.
I’m pretty sure I spent myself back into Ambassador status for next year today, so I’ll have to look into switching cards next year. 5% off at the Rack is good too!

My in store purchases from today. I ordered last night at 9P, so far 🤞🏼 no cancellations. I wanted to try on for sizes especially after no expedited shipping, went to Topanga Mall & they did not have the Frye or Blondo boots to try on but I did the above shoes. I didn’t like my original color choice in the Hoka it was a very pinky color not as beige as I thought so I went with white. I wanted new slippers & this year I’m not just buying the things from the sale if I don’t like the options so I bought these Ugg slippers retail. The Zella wind jacket was an unexpected surprise. Really like it. The water bottle & scratch card were our only freebie gifts. No meal or beauty card given. I don’t have an SA there cause I live a couple hours away. I love the sale & I don’t want to be a downer but I have been shopping this sale since 2007 & I have never had as poor customer service. They gave us numbers in the shoe department 🤯 I’m not saying the people weren’t nice but there were just not enough of them. I still had a wonderful shopping experience because I love to shop. 💕
