So, I posted yesterday that I got someone else’s huge order. Talked to CS and they said my order would be refunded. The wrong order was to be Fed Ex’d back to them tomorrow. I was so nice about it. It’s just stuff after all.
Got an email today that my refund could not be processed- FOR THE ORDER THEY SENT TO SOMEONE ELSE- and was roughly $800 BTW. No explanation at all. Anyway, after a strongly worded email, it has been “escalated”. I know they will fix it but seriously. I love this sale but it stresses me out.

This is awful and takes away from all the fun it’s supposed to be. I’m so sorry.

Okay it was actually delivered to my house, not in Kearne NJ but in Bethesda MD. The photo even updated. This morning it showed “out for Delievery” in NJ and then the delivered/random office photo happened moments ago. I’m wondering if they re-use tracking numbers? It was shipped with CDL and I’m not impressed…

That same strange thing happened to me but with UPS. Said it shipped out, then after a few days the picture in the shipping details page showed a Sam Edelman long raincoat being shipped to Seattle, WA, I live in Maryland also. The main order page still showed my Sam Edelman faux fur coat that I actually ordered. The store called CS for me when I was there returning some stuff and CS told her the package was going to Maryland. UPS said it was coming Mon, then Tues, then Fri, then next Mon, but i got it delivered to my house on Wed and thankfully it was the faux fur. But it still said it was going to Seattle.
That was the only glitch I had and I feel lucky it worked out.

This appears to be happening to several people now. My faux fur coat showed me getting a long raincoat, but I actually got the faux fur, so hopefully you will be ok

So thanks to joheinous, I was able to stalk the F&E Popover and it finally popped up in my size and color AND it shipped! It'll be here sometime next week, so I'll update when it gets here.

My only other item that I really wanted was delivered today - the Ecco Soft 7 in white with the design. What a disappointment. Ecco went cheap on the eyelet hardware and the shoelaces and the toe design is different (narrower). On top of that, one of the shoes had a defect in the toe area so back they go.
