I’m hoping those going to any of the BL trunk shows will report here and let us know how it was, what they had, what you got.

Did anyone here buy from the online trunk show pieces? I’m wondering if you’re happy with them, if the quality is there. The quantity seemed limited, they didn’t seem to have many to go around, unless lots of people bought BL trunk items and I just don’t realize it.

Also wondering if the online trunk show pieces are really only going to be available until end of sale and what happens if someone returns. I’m trying to catch a pop back and just don’t know if I will or if it is worth the stalking.

where is the Nordstrom in Austin? I live in Austin in the 90s - no high end dept stores, then. Then they finally got a Neiman Marcus last call. But not a real NM. Austin was a small town then.

Ahhh, I remember those days! I moved to Austin in the mid-1990s, and the shopping was terrible. We now have 2 Nordstroms! The first one opened in the early 2000s at Barton Creek, where the Montgomery Ward had been previously. The newer Nordstrom is at the Domain, which is a giant outdoor mall in North Austin. A couple of miles north of 183, off MoPac. There's also a Neiman's at the Domain. Shopping here has come a loooong way!

When I said "my sale is Friday," I meant the trunk sale was going to be at my store this Friday. Bony Levy himself, makes an appearance. They have drinks and nibbles to create a party atmosphere. At the trunk show, they fill the cases with all kinds of BL pieces you wouldn't see normally see, and offer a discount of 33% on 18K and 25% on 14K. I hope this helps. I think the pieces that are marked Trunk Show on line, are created and part of the whole Trunk Show sale and will disappear from online when the anniversary sale is over.

Oooh! I was hesitant about mine at first but I’ve tried in a few times and now love it! I shall wear it over my swimsuit in Hawaii cause it feels like something a fancy person would do.

Also… I ordered two bliss throws in the greenish blue color cause it finally came back in stock and 12 Zella LS tops in various sizes and colors cause they were never in stock and ALL of them have shipped. They are in 14 different shipments all arriving in the next two days when I will be out of town. I can’t decided whether to explain all this to my husband who will receive these packages or just pretend it didn’t happen once I’m back and hope he does the same. :shocked:

About the Sijo sheet set… Returned the gray (dove) set to get the pink (blush).

The gray was a beautiful color but while organizing the closets found I already has another new gray set in another brand AND perhaps too much Barbie out there has me wanting more pink.

They are a nice set, it’s very cooling and so comfy, anything to aid in this summer heat! I should have just kept the gray set.

Well one shipped! Let’s see if the second one ships or gets canceled but either way at least I’m getting one. Hopefully it’s in good shape when I get it.
