I got my size large Reiss cashmere camel racing stripe cardigan annnnd I actually like how it fits!!! Its a bit oversized but not so much. I will keep my eyes peeled for a medium but if one doesnt come in stock I am keeping the large. Based off reviews I was wondering if Id need a small but I think a small might not fit me in the sleeve how I like.

I also got the Nordstrom longline vest, gotta test it with a long sleeve top to make sure it isnt too snug, otherwise I may re-order in a medium.

And finally I got the size 10 allsaints leather elora jacket. It fits way better in the shoulders and arms now, however I dont like how it flares in the body so sadly I think itll be a return.

Ill take photos in an hour or two! I currently am waiting for a large storm to hit and am excited (im a weather nerd lol..)

Couple of orders that came today were the EF cardigan in black https://www.nordstrom.com/s/eileen-fisher-v-neck-merino-wool-cardigan/7500823 and the EF long sleeve tunic in green https://www.nordstrom.com/s/eileen-fisher-long-sleeve-tunic-top/7429135. Not real familiar with the brand so I took what I learned from this blog and guessed that I would take a small and it was the right size for me. I like the green tunic material. Lightweight but not see through. V-neck is modest and color is nice. A bit long but it is a tunic and I'm 5"4". Drapes nicely. Very basic but I don't get tired of basics. The cardigan is cute, also drapes nice, also basic. I'm trying to decide on this one since it's a bit boxier than I'm used to. Will probably keep. The other thing that came was the T&B v-neck sweater in small https://www.nordstrom.com/s/v-neck-sweater/6593165. For the money this is really nice. Simple style, comfy, not too long and drapes well. Thanks to those who recommended EF and Treasure and Bond.

I can’t comment on Montgomery Mall. I’m in Old Town Alexandria. Pentagon City was a total waste. They didn’t get much in. The SAs were disappointed. I did go out to Tysons and they definitely had more but it has dwindled down considerably. My first trip was more successful. The GW Parkway is under renovation and lanes have been cut down making traffic a nightmare if you’re coming in from the District. I-270 Spur to Beltway should be fine. Chain Bridge Rd is always crowded:-)

Ended up placing three orders after having no intention of ordering anything, but I've been having issues getting items delivered for pick-up. I keep thinking they are being canceled, but no...just delayed. I imagine that it's due to all the shipping going back and forth right now. ;)
Of the three, two have been delayed with no explanation. Fingers crossed that everything appears: picked up some basic Caselon tees (short and long sleeved), a Barefoot Dreams robe (to use as a long cardigan) and socks.

I was able to get the Reiss sweater in a small when it popped up a few days ago. I'm worried about it running bigger and ordered an extra small pop up, but of course that one was canceled. The small should be here tomorrow and I'm so excited! I'm looking forward to seeing your pic of it!

Ok heres photos of the longline nordstrom brand vest in a size small, and the Reiss cashmere cardigan in a large! Sorry that the back photo of the cardigan is so dark, the lighting is so bad right now.

Im gonna keep the vest in a small, it buttons up easily and the underarms arent tight with a long sleeve top underneath.

I took photos of the cardigan both open (with a thin turtleneck under) and closed with nothing under. It really doesnt fit that large, just like a looser sweater!

Have now received all my orders, except for cancelled ones.

the Alec les Filles cargo pants are surprising good. High quality cotton. I ordered an M, my usual size and they fit fine.

the Zella Cargo joggers were a poor fit. My usual size M was short (I’m 5’6”) in the legs.

the zella cargo sport pants were so oversized I felt like they were clown pants! Not ready to join the circus!
the Sam Edelman silver sneakers were VERY shiny.
The EF Tshirt was very oversized. I ordered my usual EF size of small and it was HUGE!
The Farm Rio long Sleeve blouse as a poor quality fabric.
The Ecco sneakers are great quality and fit.
So, I ended up keeping 2 pairs of Paige denim, 2 pairs of Ecco sneakers, and the Alec Les Filles cargo pants.

returns were easy at Tysons in VA. Had the order on my phone.

Looked around the store yesterday. They had a fair amount left, it not the hot items, of course!
This year, the highlight of the sale has been this thread and your comments and pictures!

My cargo joggers were more cropped as well but I like that look and was what I like anyway for the summer.
