Yes they are new. I think. The barefoot dreams daily special sweater, I have never seen. It is very thin compared to others.

Good grief that sounds annoying! Mine is UPS too, but is supposed to be transferred to USPS and then delivered. It's still with UPS right now though. Delivery date has updated from today to tomorrow. I'm just so confused as to why it was in my town for 2 days and then goes to another town! What a headache. I hope they don't pull that "out for delivery" garbage they did with you!
At least I know I'm not alone in this :doh:

I find that so odd when packages are a few miles away, then go somewhere then come back. I think to myself it’s faster if I pick it up myself! Maybe they get put on the wrong truck. Hope you get your packages soon! I’ve noticed a lot of Sure Post lately and those aren’t my fav cuz it means it takes another 2-3 days. And I’m impatient! Haha

They mislabeled the fabric content. I had the short sleeve version on my wishlist and I recall thinking it;s expensive but I can justify it because it;s 100% silk. I also added a Vince silk button down shirt to my wishlist as well. By the time I was able to shop it was sold out but I did notice that the fabric changed to 100% polyester and I was surprised that it changed. I didn’t feel so bad that it was sold out because I can’t justify that price point for 100% polyester.

So my order for the Thread & Supply Cardigan Coat cancelled after 5 days of "getting ready"
And my order for the BB Dakota Boucle Coat cancelled after 6 days of "getting ready"

WTH?? How can it take THAT long to figure out that they can't fulfill the orders? Both these items went in and out of stock whilst my orders just sat there going nowhere...sigh.

Did anyone buy these Kut from the Kloth jeans?

I originally bought my typical size, and they fit nicely. I put them away since the first day of Icon shopping and didn't try them on again until last week once I read the reviews that they ran big. I realized that I could pull down the pants buttoned, so that made me think they run big. I was able to stalk a size down and got them today. They fit nicely but I still have that same issue about being able to pull them down buttoned. Does that mean the jeans are too big? Should I stalk for another size down? I remember having another pair of jeans that I can do this and they kept falling down as I wore them throughout the day. I don't want it to happen with these pants.

So I had a package that got delivered to the store last Friday. On Saturday, I get an email that the item in that package was returned. I immediately called the store and asked why that happened because I still want that item. She put me on hold and came back to tell me that it was returned because the order was over 7 days old. I told her yes, the order was placed over 7 days ago BUT the package just arrived yesterday. Isn't it 7 days from when the store receives the package? She put me on hold again, and after some time, she came back to tell me that they will put the item with my other orders and allow me an extension this time. I was annoyed because I know they messed up on returning it but now trying to make it seem like they were doing me a favor.

Fast forward, I went to pick up my packages today but the item was not there. I spent 45 minutes talking with four different reps. and they have no idea what happened. They couldn't locate the item to resell to me. The return was not voided. And I was not recharged for the item, at least as far as my transactions show online right now. I didn't get the name of who I talked to so they couldn't as that person.


It was these earrings. I wasn't completely sure on them anyway, but I wanted to check it out. Did anyone order them that could give me a quick review?

You know, I actually signed up for the free accounts in ups and fedex recently so that I could “manage” my deliveries. When I travel or won’t be home, I “pick up at the store” and I’ve noticed that I can often get it faster this way. It’s like the truck goes to the store in the morning before it starts it’s route and I often get “available for pickup” notices in the morning on the delivery day.... or sometimes the day before around 5pm. Your comment about it being faster when you pick it up made me think that I should just do this all the time!

This thread is l kind of a happy place for me — I’m thrilled to be here for a few minutes tonight! I need to do my keep vs. Return decisions soon and I know just the crew to help with that:hugs::drinks:
I’m looking forward to getting advice from y’all and doing some good hard worrying about clothes for a wee minute or two during the next couple days. :tup:

Thank you for your reply, I always wear a vest under sweaters for extra heat. I am quite pale so concerned about the shade of white. Ivory washes me out but white is fine. I like Vince sweaters as they are usually thick so maybe this would be too thin anyway....
