I wish! I tend to run hot, so I barely even wore lined slippers when I lived in Chicago. In Phoenix, I never turn on the heat, even in winter, and pretty much only wear long sleeves at night, in lieu of a jacket. :lol: The only exception is the movie theatre.....it's always freezing cold in there!

Here's my haul. Left it all at the store for my SA to mail me as I was running straight to a meeting. I found a lot of stuff I really liked, although I would say that I adjusted my expectations down from previous years when there were so many more designers in the sale. Of note my Nordstrom never got lookbooks or catalogues so my SA didn't know any of the merchandise. Who and why they are making these decisions astounds me.

Most beautiful item I purchased was this Boss suit in a petite. I'm very short waisted so finding a petite suit jacket of this quality at N is a win for me:

I also purchased this Boss dress in a petite. I buy a Boss petite dress every year and on me this ran super small--I had to size up 1 size.

My store didn't have a great selection of interesting jeans. At this point in my life I own a lot of jeans and if I'm buying premium jeans, I want something different from what's in my closet. All my store had were the standard skinnies. So I bought a pair of my current favs in that group, the Wit and Wisdon Absolution high waist skinny jean. I bought a few darling things that I don't have the link for--the Ted Baker knot detail WOC in black, that J Crew leopard crew neck sweater ( mentioned earlier), the Vince waffle turtleneck sweater from the catalogue in oatmeal, and the ALO furry jacket in white.

I passed on many items, but most surprising was the Coach Nomad burnished leather crossbody. My store only had the brown. Perhaps the yellow is stunning. I thought it was just meh and the leather looked and felt like it was coated in plastic. I really don't know how to describe it. I tried on a bunch more stuff but nothing else looked good. I agree with @lovemyrescues that the J. Crew red collar leopard tee is cute, but it didn't work for me either. The colors of the animal print were just not right with my coloring. I ordered it anyway b/c my SA was so excited about it, and I'll try it on again just to be sure, but I'm thinking I will likely return it. The black/white Vince Camuto is really cute. The online model shows it dressed down, but I think it works even better dressed up (black pants or skirt). The Nordstrom Signature cashmere is really soft, so I'm excited about those.

Most of the designers I remember seeing we already know about, but here's what I remember: Akris, Boss, Eileen Fisher, Theory, Rag & Bone, Veronica Beard. I wasn't able to hit any other department as I only had the hour, but I'm not pining after anything this time around so I'll wait until everything goes live on the website and take a look at everything then.

What do you mean by the black and white Vince Camuto? Is it the black and white leopard tshirt? I saw someone in that on IG and it was darling! I’m on the hunt for that shirt. Do you have the style number? It wasn’t in my store today.

I think you truly got some of the best items in the sale. The business and dressy items seemed like the most bang for the the buck in the clothing selection. I totally agree that the number of designers seems fewer every year, and this year, seemed very heavily weighted with Nordstrom in-house brands. Also, aren't all the discrepancies crazy?! Your store got no catalogues, and mine had stacks of them at every entrance, escalator, and at customer service stations. There's a lot of inconsistency!

Was there a ton of shoppers at the Bellevue store? That’s where I am going on Friday and I’m so nervous the way the pre sale works this year that everything will be picked over by Friday
