They are trying to create FOMO without realizing how off-putting it is.

They’re being extra annoying this year. I walked into a section with a bunch of other people. This SA wanted to see my bracelet. I told her I am an Icon. She wouldn’t leave me alone until I put everything down and dug through my bag to find my card and show her. I asked her if she was going to ID everyone who had just entered or just me. She followed my son and me around yelling at me she checks everybody until I finally had to tell her to get away from us. I mean, I’m pretty sure if I was lying they’d figure it out when I went to pay. She was aggressively implying I didn’t belong and she did not ID anyone after me.

I only had time to go in during my lunch hour and I just got back. Unfortunately, it was such a whirlwind that I don't think I have the info people are looking for, but I'll tell what I know. My experience was lovely, but I was working with my regular SA. I ended up trying on a lot of the cashmere from Nordstrom Signature. I got these items:

I tried on a bunch more stuff but nothing else looked good. I agree with @lovemyrescues that the J. Crew red collar leopard tee is cute, but it didn't work for me either. The colors of the animal print were just not right with my coloring. I ordered it anyway b/c my SA was so excited about it, and I'll try it on again just to be sure, but I'm thinking I will likely return it. The black/white Vince Camuto is really cute. The online model shows it dressed down, but I think it works even better dressed up (black pants or skirt). The Nordstrom Signature cashmere is really soft, so I'm excited about those.

Most of the designers I remember seeing we already know about, but here's what I remember: Akris, Boss, Eileen Fisher, Theory, Rag & Bone, Veronica Beard. I wasn't able to hit any other department as I only had the hour, but I'm not pining after anything this time around so I'll wait until everything goes live on the website and take a look at everything then.

Heard from my SA that the Veronica beard blazer is as popular as every year and indeed they were out of some sizes. I ended up only picking up some diptyque candles, the ghd flat iron, and a Vince cardigan (which they don’t have in the size I want - xxsmall - and will ship to me).

Good info! The mohair sweater looks really pretty! How was the sizing/fit?
