No LV for vday but a unexpected gift

This morning woke up to flowers and chocolate and breakfast, I already knew I wasn't getting any LV. I've been feeling sick so I knew my plans for today would be minimal. Went to the doctor and came out with amazing news. Not quite a LV reveal but I definitely want to share! Any guesses?
