^ yes, it does look like a jacket made of reese's papers. I dont like this look. Her legs and butt looked squeezed into those pants which make her legs, thighs, and butt look even more big and then it all comes down to those tiny feet that are in narrow shoes which make them look even more small. Its an odd shape and look.

I dunno. I've been around for awhile and I can't recall anyone else on the pop scene who is quite like Gaga with the OTT-ness. I guess Grace Jones maybe? Drag queens? Gaga is just the one who is getting all the attention, and thus my own perception is that pop stars such as Nicki and Ke$ha (shudder) have burst onto the scene and are emulating the OTT look. Not outright copying Gaga's look, but elements of their looks are similar in how OTT they are. Just my two cents and personal perception. No one has to agree.
