i like how she raps but then she changes her voice to a deeper one sounding like she's trying to say it fast before she runs out of breath ugh annoying. Just have a nice flow Nicki. she is very pretty though =)

I think she has the best verse on Monster. She used 4+ different flows. Although her lyrics aren't philosophically mindblowing, I'm just impressed that she's creative enough to write them herself.

At first I found her different voices very annoying. But she's grown on me now... it definitely sets her apart and keeps it more interesting. Sometimes it's still too much for me... I don't know that I could listen to a whole album of it. Kinda like Nate Dogg, you know only good for a hook or a verse... well not that bad, but you get the idea.

I do love her makeup 99% of the time.

I totally agree...I love her verse and that's the only part of the song I'll listen to. I honestly think you could have done without Jay's part...he sounds very bland compared to Kanye and Nicki.

The only reason I can even tolerate Nikki is the fact that she is the only female actaully making noise in the male dominated industry of Hip Hop. I just feel like I have to accept her at this point. Do I feel that she's talented, NO! Just because you're different doesn't mean that you are good. lol. We need more females doing stuff in mainstream hip hop so I'm not gonna shyt on her because, let's face it, she is hot but only for "right now". She is not making timeless music like Lauryn Hill or MC lyte for example. I can't see myself listening to Nikki 4,5 years from now.
