Thanks Tracy! I don't know what you mean by the bottom being firm or mushy..the entire bag is pretty soft, unlike the normal caviar flaps which are abit more stiff. However even after putting quite abit of stuff in it, the bottom doesn't sag. Hope that helps. I really like it alot, if you can get one below retail you should go for it!
Hey Aurora, what I meant was that the bag didn't seem structured: the bottom of the bag did not seem to have any type of cardboard in the lining to keep it stiff. It doesn't sag per se, but when you touch the bottom it feels like it has no form..... Is this the way yours is?
