NFU OH nail lacquers! Flakies, holos, jellies and more . . .

I've worn several from the JS series and they've worn like iron. No chipping even after a weeks wear.

After about 4 days of a regular colour manicure, I put a Nfu.Oh flakie on top for some variety (and I don't have time to do a complete re-do mani) and that also lasts without chipping for days. I usually take it all off after about 4-5 days but it's still looking perfect when I take it off.

Thanks Alexis, that's good to know.

like alixis said - the jelly and cremes are really good on wear. the holo is a different monster all together, but i only tried it w/o the aqua base and not base coat as it is not recommended. i got my aqua base order in and am anxiously awaiting the bottle so i can where my holos!

Thanks for replying, it's good to know that the holo needs the aqua base.

Hello all :p

I just wanted to stop by and let all the lovely ladies in Europe know that www.viss.ee have 10% off on all Nfu-Oh polishes! But best of all they have all the holos in stock...including #61

I ordered from them a few months ago, my order took around a week to arrive and was perfectly packed. So I just sent in an order for holo backups and a few flackies I wanted to try out.

Lots of holo love to all :D

YAY! Thanks Picchi :hugs:Good to see you around. I've missed your swatches & stampings.

^ Awesome! That's pretty fast shipping - you just ordered last week, right?

I am so happy to now be in the Nfu Oh family! Just made my first order for #61, #65, and aqua base! I'm hoping these holos kick China Glaze OMG's butt, so I can stop lemming them. :)

Yes! And I'm across the country! I ordered the day they came back into stock.

Hi picchi - that link's not working for me, could you try again for us please?

NFU OH 61 under regular room light. The holo effect can be seen under regular lighting easily, can't wait to see how holo my nails will turn out in sunlight!!

Hello all :p

As some of you know I bought the Nfu-Oh holos again because I love them so much. I already had #'s: 61, 62, 63 and 65 but as they are so unique and and pretty I wanted back-ups. I got dupes of the one's I already owned and also # 64 and 66.

Unfortunately once I opened the box I realized that something was a little different. The # 61 looked totally non holo, it looked like a silver shimmer and the colour of #62 was so much more pink than the nude colour, it originally was.

(Writing this I realize that I didn't compare my #63's…I will do that when I get home.)

I took some pictures so I could illustrate the differences.

I could not photograph the difference between how these two # 61 look in the bottle.

In the first pic the older #61 is on the left, with lot # 41102: you can see a slight holo at the top of the bottle while the newer polish (lot # 81102) is dense silver.

I swatched the polish and although it is still holo, it is less holo than the older one.

In these two pics the newer polish on the left and the old polish is on the right. You can easaly see than the holo is less linear and more scattered in the newer polish

I also took a picture in the shade and I think you can again see a difference between the polishes. The new polish looks more like a silver foil than the normal frosty look of a holo in the shade.
