I actually ordered on the 30th and my order was shipped Thursday. The link to the tracking hasn't worked but if I copy/paste it into google it works. My bag is arriving tomorrow!

Not the colors I want I want a ladybag in black and ballerina and that color is sold out. I guess I have to wait for next release

I got my mini lady in brandy/brick yesterday. It's beautiful, however, I'm really sad that there is a long scratch on the back, between the straps. I've already emailed MG about it.

Has anyone ever purchased a vegetable tanned bag from MG before and gotten something like this? (I got a perfect veg tanned bag last time I ordered.) I don't think any amount of conditioning will ever take it out.

I think it's normal, to be honest, as it's the nature of the leather. A little leather conditioner with definitely soften it into the rest of the bag if it really bothers you, but I tend not to condition my brandy bag as it darkens the rest of the leather so much.

I think it is fine, but you need to be happy with your purchase. I have gotten MG bags with minor flaws too.

Just an update, MG got back to me. "This is normal for this specific style and we do not view this as a damage or a defect. This mark is a result of how we manufacture the Lady Bag. The mark you see will lessen with use and even out while the patina develops. A leather conditioner could be used to erase this mark but it will also darken the exterior where applied. We can suggest letting this blend in naturally over time with use." Honestly, it bothers me a little, BUT I'm glad it was in that spot and not in a more obvious place. I was planning on conditioning/protecting it before using anyways (it looked a bit dry) so I will keep it and see how the scratch does over time.

Wow, definitely looks like the craze is over! I've been off purseforum for a while (trying to save money lol!) and forgot about the relaunch... Went on the MG site today and the mini black/oro lady I wanted was still there

i had a similar scratch on my black/marina lady, and it was in the front over the flap. it bugged me a little bit, but i didn't bother to return/exchange since this was a very difficult colorway to come by (it wasn't available the first time the lady was released!). plus my lady is black so the "scratch" is not as noticeable.

i received this bag in the november (?) relaunch, and have been using it nearly every day. i condition it every 3-4 weeks. over time, this "scratch" has become less prominent; it "softened", if that makes any sense.

i hear ya about saving money and being off purseforum to do so. (too many pretty pictures of bags for me to ignore sometimes!)

i don't even want to look at the MG site right now, and will pretend i didn't read what you just wrote about bag availabilities.

I got my large Lady Bag in Moss today! I fiddled with cinching it for awhile....somehow I cannot get it to look just right! Is there a secret to this, LOL!
