I placed one online order & my item has already shipped. You may want to call a store that has it in stock & go that way.
I just spoke with CS. They say my orders were canceled due to failing their security process. I don’t understand though because 1 of the orders shipped. I am using the same account, address, and credit card I have used for years. They said I can try placing a phone order but need a different address?!
 
I saw that they included several items that I'm interested in. I'm hoping that they'll still be around come July ( birthday month) but we will see... I'm interested in the aqua pillow tabby 26. I have purchased so many handbags in the past month and there's other things I'd rather be saving for.

FYI, check Macy's for the Pillow Tabby 26...they had it for $237 & if you have a local Coach store, they'll price match. Can't beat that price!

That is do odd! I've never heard of that. Can you ship to a local UPS store?

I just spoke with another CS rep and she said I am failing the security process because I placed too many orders. The credit card I used will no longer be accepted on their site because of that. I am not allowed to place phone orders either, I can only go in store now.

OMG, I can't believe that! You order too much so let's just cut you off. That's horrible. I'm sorry!

Thanks, it makes zero sense to me! I was really excited to order a customized ruby 25 too. My local store doesn’t offer customization. Seems like it might be difficult to try and reorder it through my store.
Will it let you check out via PayPal? That's how I have to do it sometimes.
Can you do it via the payment link a store sends? I basically just text the las.vegas store now if I want to customize. The SA will either send pics or FaceTime/zoom with you and you can do it that way. That way you can add more customization than the online system allows.

One of my canceled orders was through PayPal. It took about 24hrs for the PayPal order to be canceled vs 1 hour with my card orders. I don’t have any stores near me that customize. I am not sure if the payment link would work. CS didn’t explain this very well and each agent have me a slightly different answer. Like 1 rep said try again in a week, it should work. Another said my card would never work again. I have had issues in the past trying to get FOS orders through and then it would start working again later. I have never had orders canceled though after they did submit, so I think I have a much bigger problem than before.
 
I have to say, I doubt I'll be ordering from the online store again. My package is coming from Florida hence why the tracking information hasn't been uploaded in over a week. If something isn't in store I won't be purchasing it.

One time my purchase originally shipped Vegas then went to Canada before coming back to US. Took forever to arrive. Did you contact coach or the delivery service?
