I don't know any details but I'd say yes. I think it's just another 20% like they did, what 2x already? I guess they are really having a hard time moving things. Maybe some good returns of things that were sold out? Or it could be paralleling FOS?
I just heard sale is in store until the 30th.

Thank you! I was in my favorite store at the beginning of the week and another store was doing a store transfer for me. Waiting to here if it is in today or tomorrow maybe I will save more if i want it!

I love Coach ways. I called my local Coach at the mall and was told the 20% off does not apply to their store. I then called CS and they told me there is no 20% off sale. But there is a special email that is being sent out to people who have had issues with online orders over the holidays. That link 20% is only valid on online and phone orders. I then called one of the 2 stores in King of Prussia mall and one told me there is no sale and they don't have any merchandise left. The other location (Courtside) told me that the sale did start but they are closing and don't have anything. But if I wanted to come in and place an order I could - at the other location. I called the other KOP location again and they said there is no sale, then put me on hold, and said there is a sale but they cannot guarantee that there will be anything to order. They had some Troupes left from the sale and a few others but not much.

Seriously? Ridiculous! I’m heading to a store to look at new stuff. I’ll see what I find out there. I was told by my favorite store they are doing 20 off

Lol. The Coach at my mall and I just don't mesh. Point proved again today, when they didn't even wanted to sell me anything at the discount. lol. The KOP mall girls were sweet, I just don't think they were informed of the sale when I called? I don't know. I since then have called a few stores around the states and they had the sale going and even were going to do a phone order for me, but just didn't show anything available in the system. I then chatted with CS on the coach.com and after 3 attempts of finding the same styles, one magically appeared in 4 stores! lol. I have figured out a trick with the chat on coach.com. If you give them more than 3 style numbers, I swear to you, they don't even look and just tell you there isn't any. When I give them one and name it, I have had the greatest success with items being found.

I went to two stores quick this morning. One said sale and extra 30 off thru 1/30. The other one made it sound like extra 20 off only weekend thing.

I had problems with 2 online orders. One was canceled and the other wasn't ever shipped. I didn't get the special email.
