In the past (for me) I could “buy” early but my card wasn’t charged until the first day of the PCE and that’s when I could pick up my items.
Anyone know if all Parkers are excluded or just newer ones? I thought a few models were allowed before? My sister wants a quilted parker for her birthday and I'm not sure if I should go ahead and order or wait.
Saks has 100 off 400, and it includes Parkers--they have a quilted one. I just did a google search to save you some $. lol
