Does anyone know if you buy something before the sale can you do a price adjustment? I know you can do it as the price goes down on the SAS but not sure if the upcoming pce has an exclusion from previous purchases.

Never mind, I went ahead and did a preorder on something.

Most retailers will do price adjustments for individually marked down items or items that are part of an overall sale but when the discount is applied through a promo code, they will not adjust.

That is what I am thinking too. I just can’t remember what Coach has done in the past. I think sometimes they might do it but there is no guarantee.

The price adjustment is two weeks after purchase I believe!

Yes this is true. I usually buy online a few days before the sale starts and call CS for a price adjustment. Never had an issue - even on items that are currently out of stock on the website. YMMV with SA’s in store though.

So then you have the sale dates? Do they typically start Mother’s Day weekend?

Ok. So I'm not sure I'll be getting anything with the Mother's day sale. Coach is now excluding shoes and the item at the top of my wishlist is the Olive denim wedge sandals.

My store will only price match the actual markdown price listed. They won't honor the sale price if a code has to be put in.

I’m surprised even Couch would honor their own promo code based sales. I don’t know another retailer that will. Typically they come with disclaimers “not to be used on past purchases” etc.
