Mother's Day sale starts March 3rd. Waiting for more details. Most likely the usual 30% off. No word on exclusions.

So you TOTALLY understand! We could receive 10-15 inches between tomorrow night and Friday morning. So over it. We finally had NO snow on the ground. Guess I will just hunker down and look at Coach!
I do. Fortunately I was not affected by the flooding but I'm so over snow. We're supposed to get rain with the possibility of a "trace" of snow.

Does anyone have any idea of when SAS would start? Or remember when it started last year? (I do not remember at all.) I want to get a bag as a birthday gift for a friend, and her birthday is around Memorial Day.
(However, we only see each other about once a month, so I probably wouldn't see her til about a week or so after Memorial Day ----- my point being that my 'deadline' for getting the bag is actually about a week or so after Memorial Day).
I'm trying to figure out if I'll be using the Mother's Day sale or if I should be waiting for SAS?

The event was May 5-14 in 2017. I'm not sure why I found that email but not the one from 2018. [emoji4]
It always seems to be shortly after Mother's Day and close to end of the school year for me here, so early 20's of the month. Ususally there is a private few days or a week offered ahead of time for 'special clients'. 
OMG is SAS already coming? Why did I think it was June? I think I purchased my washed red rogue during SAS and I just checked, purchase on 4/22/18!

My SA told me the Mother’s Day sale starts April 29th and will be 30%. She doesn’t know exclusions yet.
I was doubting my red rogue purchase date and I just double checked. I did not purchase in April it was May 20th! Sorry for the confusion, looks like my excel file was wrong. I knew that didn’t seem right!

SAS usually starts with 40% off and will go up to 50% off. Some items going on SAS are canteen bags, navy signature items (except Charlie), saddle bag 20 and 24.
May 20th still works for me, though, even if I have to order it and get it shipped into the store. She's pretty easy to select for, so I'm sure I could find something on either sale. I'll be watching this thread to see as the info comes forth. I do have an SA I always use so I'm 'hooked up' like that ... but the mailed cards always arrive in postal mailbox a few days late. So this place is my best source of info.

Another question, .... might be too specific, but I'm going to try asking anyway ...
My friend prefers zip tops, solid dark colors, she's not a fan of embellishment, and uses medium/large size bags. And I'm thinking something that can go crossbody would fit well with what she already has/needs. (I do know her collection, only because all the Coach she has are ones that I've given her, and I've been smart enough to keep pics of each, just so that I don't duplicate myself too much in function/color.) I'm particularly thinking something like prairie or Chaise crossbody. If you had to guess (and I know no one here has a crystal ball, but I'm asking for educated guess), is this a Mother's Day or SAS purchase? (I'm not one to freak about a difference of 10% or something, so if it's questionable, maybe I should just go with Mother's Day.)
