The Mother's Day sale is usually a straight 30% off. It's not dependent on buying a certain dollar amount but they tend to have more exclusions. I wouldn't be surprised if they did excluded the Dreamers and Parkee bags unlike the last sale when the decided to add them. This sale is open to the public.
