My store's manager did make some offhanded, slightly joking tone of voice comment like "You have to stop returning online purchases at the store!" the last time I did it. Keep in mind this was probably like 8 months ago, so I am absolutely not a frequent returner.

Well, wtf else am I to do? Canadians don't get return labels, and I am not paying out of pocket to send things to the warehouse!

Corporate needs to change their policies.

I think the stores that are like this all have their typical jabs for trying to get people not to return to the store. At mine, they like to show me the return label and give me some variation of that I should be using those to return my bag. lol. I am sorry they gave you a hard time. It really isn't necessary and just shows they are in the dark ages of retail as 98% of other retail stores and chains simply handle returns as normal, friendly business. I don't return often either, so it annoys me as well when I get the negative treatment. They really should encourage your business versus turning people away from wanting to go there.

Correct. It's just a Jab. Gal at outlet tried to come at me with that crazy talk. Why don't you mail it back? Me: Why did you ask me that? Because last I knew, I could return here. Do I need to call corporate? Gal: No. You can return here. Me: Yes. I knew that already. I allow these people to play with me

I'd keep returning all you want! Canadians shouldn't get punished when they ship it to you just like us in the US!

Well Denim Dinky finally arrived! 2 weeks after placing order. To my great surprise it is perfect and still wrapped! I even got a PA because i bought at 40% off so got $30 back :smile:

Quick question....I ordered online and got a check from ******...a PA doesn't affect that does it? I got the check earlier this week faster than Dinky.

PS off to make one return hopefully no pushback like others have had lately.

Is this the 24 or regular dinky? I ordered the regular. I'm trying to decide if my 1941 hangtag is starting to tarnish.
